Kevin Panzarella is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in compensation management and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Finance Manager and Incentive Compensation Manager at Symetra since July 2020, Kevin previously held various roles at Northwestern Mutual from June 2008 to July 2020, including Operations Manager and Total Rewards Call Center Manager.
