Kristina Laplante

Kristina Laplante, MBA, has a solid background in finance and operations. Kristina started their career at Central Connecticut State University as an Accounting, Economics, and Finance Tutor in 2010. In 2011, they joined BlumShapiro as an Accounting & Audit Intern and then transitioned into the role of A & A Staff Accountant. In 2013, they moved to White Mountains Advisors where they worked as a Financial Analyst, focusing on coordinating with management, analyzing financial and management reports, and implementing operational efficiencies. Since 2015, Kristina has been at Symetra, where they started as an Operations Analyst and worked their way up to Senior Operations Analyst. Currently, they hold the position of Investment Operations Team Lead. Overall, Kristina has demonstrated their expertise in finance and operations throughout their career.

Kristina Laplante, MBA, completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Central Connecticut State University in 2011. Kristina then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same university, completing their studies in 2020.
