Raghuveer Vadlakonda

Raghuveer Vadlakonda, MBA, CFA, currently serves as the Managing Director of Portfolio Risk Management at Symetra since August 2023. Prior to this role, Raghuveer was the Head of Investment Risk at Insight Investment from January 2017 to August 2023, where oversight included a $150 billion US book of business. Raghuveer also held positions as an Investment Risk Manager at Insight Investment, Portfolio Manager for Investment Grade Corporates at APG Asset Management, and Portfolio Manager at General Motors Asset Management, managing significant AUM in corporate bond portfolios. Earlier career experiences include a role in Corporate Retirement Solutions at Morgan Stanley and as a Financial Analyst intern at Eastman Chemical Company. Raghuveer's academic background includes an MBA in Finance from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce from Kakatiya University.
