William O'Hargan

William O'Hargan has extensive experience in the insurance and financial industry. William started their career at MassMutual Financial Group in 1983, where they held various roles including Associate Director of Flexible Benefits, Senior Product Manager, and Systems Administrator. In 1990, they joined Lincoln Financial Group/Employers Health Insurance as AVP - Director of Flexible Compensation. William then moved to Lincoln Financial Group in 1996, serving as Associate Director of Product Development - Lincoln Reinsurance. In 2001, O'Hargan joined Swiss Re/Safeco as Associate Director of Employer Stop Loss before joining Symetra Financial in 2004 as AVP - Director of Benefits Automation.

William O'Hargan earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Fine Arts from Ithaca College between 1972 and 1976. William then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in General Business/Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst from 1981 to 1983.
