Richard Huggins

Richard Huggins has extensive experience in IT and customer support. Richard is currently the Head of IT Solutions at Symetri Europe, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of AE Operations at Symetri Europe from August 2021 to June 2022. Before joining Symetri Europe, Richard worked at Excitech Ltd as the Head of Support and Customer Success from January 2021 to July 2021, and as the Head of Support and Customer Success from August 2019 to January 2021. Richard also served as the Head of Operations at Blackfoot Cybersecurity from March 2016 to August 2019. Earlier in their career, Richard held positions at Excitech Ltd as the Support Services Manager from June 2007 to February 2016, and as an IT & CAD Support Engineer from July 1998 to May 2007. Richard also worked at QNS IT Services as an IT Support Engineer from March 1998 to June 1998. Richard's career began at Excitech Ltd as an IT & CAD Support Engineer from September 1995 to February 1997.

Richard Huggins has a diverse education history. In 2015, they obtained an ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service from PeopleCert. From 1995 to 1996, they pursued Computer Aided Design & Draughting at Hertford Regional College, earning a City & Guilds degree. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1995, Richard studied Business & Finance, obtaining a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) from Edmonton County. Lastly, from 1987 to 1994, they completed their GCSEs in Maths, Science, English, History, Technology, and French at Edmonton County.
