Nicole Santos

Nicole Santos has extensive experience in project management and education within the wine industry, currently serving as Project Manager at Symington Family Estates since June 2017, where responsibilities include leading an educational project on port wine and creating various digital content. Prior roles include Team Manager and Tour Guide at Garrafeira Nacional from November 2015 to April 2017, and Tour Guide at Symington Family Estates earlier in their career. Nicole's educational background includes an Executive Education in Strategic Branding from Nova School of Business and Economics, various certifications from Bombeiros Voluntários de Gaia and the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, as well as a Master of Philosophy in Ontology from FCSH - UNL and a Licentiate degree in European History from Universidade do Porto.
