Joshua Turnwall

Joshua Turnwall is an experienced professional in the financial services sector, currently serving as an Application Support Analyst at Symitar since December 2018, where a client-facing role involves assisting Credit Unions with card process enhancements using Episys Quest software, achieving 100% case resolution without escalations.
