Alicia Kosasih has a diverse range of work experience in the field of interior design. Alicia started their career as an Interior Designer/Project Manager at Suffolk University in May 2015 and worked until April 2016. Alicia then joined CBT Architects in May 2016 as an Interior Architectural Designer, where they gained extensive experience in various phases of commercial interior design projects. Their role involved working on medium to large scale projects in the multi-family, mixed-use, and academic sectors. Alicia also had responsibilities in schematic design, design development, construction documents, pricing, and some construction administration. Their work at CBT Architects also extended to interiors MEP/FP coordination, FF+E selection and specifications, as well as LEED, WELL, and fitwel projects. Alicia spent a significant portion of their career at CBT Architects, working until November 2021. After that, Alicia joined Gensler as an Interior Designer/Job Captain in November 2021 and worked until May 2023. Alicia Kosasih's education history begins in 2008 when they attended Santa Laurensia Senior High School, studying Natural Sciences. After completing their high school education in 2010, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Operations and Technology Management at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University. Alicia successfully completed their degree in 2014.

Following their undergraduate studies, Alicia pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Interior Architecture from Suffolk University, specializing in Interior Architecture. Alicia attended Suffolk University from 2014 to 2017. During this time, they also took a logistics, materials, and supply chain management course at Harvard Extension School in 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Alicia has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2017, they earned the WELL AP certification from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). In 2018, they obtained the LEED AP ID+C certification from the USGBC - National Capital Region Chapter. More recently, in 2021, Alicia completed the course "Beyond Smart Cities: Emerging Design and Technology" at MIT Media Lab.
