In 1993, they earned a Merkonom degree in Virksomhedsøkonomi from Niels Brock. The following year, in 1994, they obtained another Merkonom degree in Virksomhedsorganisation from the same institution. Pia enrolled at Københavns Erhvervsakademi (KEA) in 2012 and completed multiple courses, including Strategisk Kompetenceudvikling, Strategisk HR Funktion (HR Uddannelsen), and Coaching i Organisationer. Pia Holm also attended Kompetence Forum, Køge Handelsskole, where they specialized in Projektledelse og projektstyring med Lean.
