Komal Pawar

Komal Pawar has a diverse work experience in the field of eLearning and instructional design. They started their career in 2012 as a Learning and Development Specialist at Home Revise Education, where they worked for eight years. In this role, they focused on developing and enhancing learning materials.

In 2020, Komal moved on to join MRCC as an Articulate developer. Here, they collaborated with instructional designers to improve course designs and develop eLearning courses using Storyline. They also managed audio scripts and coordinated with project managers to ensure smooth project execution.

After their stint at MRCC, Komal joined bitLabs as an eLearning Content Developer. Here, they continued their work in instructional design, collaborating with designers and developing eLearning courses.

Currently, Komal is working as a Development Team Lead at Symphonize, where they continue to enhance and modify course designs and storyboards, develop eLearning courses using Storyline, manage audio scripts, and oversee the course review and update process.
