Ushasri Addanki

Ushasri Addanki has over 20 years of experience in the field of software quality assurance and business analysis. Ushasri started their career as a Software QA Engineer at Microsoft in 2000. Ushasri then moved on to work at Intel Corporation, where they held various roles, including Software QA Engineer, Sr Software Quality Analyst, and Sr Quality Assurance Engineer. During their time at Intel, they worked on projects such as Intel Business Exchange, Intel Software Partner Program, and Intel's Channel Market Place. Ushasri also managed teams and handled responsibilities such as test case designing, bug tracking, and test execution.

In 2009, Ushasri joined Talisma as a QA Manager, where they led a 12-member software testing team and managed testing for Talisma's Campus Student product. Ushasri also worked as a Quality Assurance Lead for Common Origination and Disbursement (COD), a complex module in the Financial Aid business process used by universities in the USA.

In 2015, they joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Business Analyst, where they worked until 2016. Afterwards, they joined CUNA Mutual Group as a Quality Analyst III for a brief period. In 2017, they joined Symphony Corporation as a Business Analyst and Software Quality Assurance professional.

Ushasri Addanki has a degree in MSc in Mathematics from Osmania University. Prior to that, they attended Smt. Kandukuri Rajyalakshmamma women's college in Rajahmundry, AP, where they obtained a BSc degree in Maths, Physics, and Computers.
