Amit Kumar Jena

Amit Kumar Jena has worked in the technical content development field since 2012. In that time, they have worked for CADES-Studec Technologies India as a Technical Data Engineer from 2012 to 2016. During their time there, they designed and illustrated aircraft structural parts and systems, organized and prepared documentation and technical manuals, and analyzed product requirements from design requirement specifications. From 2016 to 2017, they worked for HARMAN Connected Services as a Senior Engineer - Technical Documentation, where they developed documents for various processes of an ITSM tool, wrote and tested product release worthy documents, and created user friendly online helps and user guides. From 2017 to 2018, they worked for Dell EMC as a Technical Content Developer. Finally, they have been working as a Lead Information Developer for Symphony Industrial AI since 2021.

Amit Kumar Jena completed Aircraft Powerplant Technology/Technician at the Indian Institute of Aeronautical Science in 2011. Amit Kumar then obtained a Jet engine (ICAO type 2 license in Aircraft power plant maintenance) from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) in June 2012. In January 2021, they acquired Agile Software Development: Scrum for Developers certification from LinkedIn. In February 2021, they received a Java Fullstack Course certification from Stupid Skills. Lastly, in March 2022, they earned a UX Writing certification from ProApp - Learn Design.
