Anderson Lemos has a long history of experience in the tech industry, starting with Straton Industries in 2009 as a CNC Programmer & Machinist. In 2016, they joined Magic Leap as a Senior Programmer / Manufacturing & Mechanical Engineer, where they worked on the Optical & Mechanical Engineering team and was responsible for NPI to Production for Magic Leap 1 and R&D for Magic Leap 2. In 2019, they moved to PMI as an Operations Manager & Programmer, and to Chiron America, Inc. as a MedTech Application Engineer / Technical Sales. In 2021, they joined Bright Machines as a Solution Engineer / Technical Sales. Most recently, they joined Oracle in 2022 as a Senior Solutions Engineer - Oracle Cloud CX, and SymphonyAI Industrial in 2022 as Manager, Solution Engineering and Senior Solutions Architect, where they are establishing a technical and consultative sales approach supporting multiple software products.

Anderson Lemos has an education history that includes attending Housatonic Community College from 2010 to 2012, where they studied Computer Language and Computer Programming. Anderson then attended Mastercam University from 2012 to 2013, where they studied Advanced CNC Programming in Multi-axis and Dynamic Toolpath implementation. Additionally, they attended Gateway Community College from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a Certificate in GD&T, CNC Programming, Blueprint Reading and Design.

Lemos also has several certifications, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2022 Certified Architect Associate from Oracle in August 2022, Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) Architecture L1 & L2 from Oracle in June 2022, Oracle CX Enterprise Service Management SE L1 & L2 from Oracle in May 2022, Oracle CX Sales SE L1-L2 from Oracle in April 2022, Fanuc Operations & Programming from FANUC FA America in June 2020, CGTech Vericut Verification Course from CGTech in April 2020, and CNC Precision Machining Level 1-3 (advanced) from Housatonic Community College in January 2011.
