Jelena Sakota

Jelena Sakota is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service delivery and project management. Currently serving as Service Delivery Manager at symphony.is since January 2023, Jelena previously held the position of Senior Delivery Manager at Levi9 Technology Services from October 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities included managing project lifecycles, coaching teams on Agile frameworks, and enhancing customer relationships. Prior roles include Expert Coordinator and various positions related to investment project analysis at NIS Gazprom Neft from July 2012 to October 2018, as well as an Administration Officer at the town Novi Sad Council. Jelena holds a Master's degree in European economy and business and a Bachelor's degree in Economics in Finances, Banking, and Insurance from the University of Novi Sad.
