Diane Kowalski is an experienced recruitment professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition across various industries. Diane is currently the Owner and President of Symphony Search, a specialized search firm focused on recruiting highly qualified candidates for senior and middle management positions in sectors such as food, consumer, and human resources. Prior to founding Symphony Search in April 2017, Diane served as Vice President at Kensington International, where Diane conducted searches across a wide range of industry sectors. Diane also held the role of Senior Search Consultant and Manager for the Food & Beverage division at Miller Resource Group and was the Director of Recruiting at Walter E Smithe. Diane began their career as a Human Resource Manager at Nordic Hills Resort and Indian Lakes Resort. Diane holds an education credential from College of DuPage.
