Olha Ternova

Olha Ternova has over a decade of experience in human resources and people management, currently serving as a Senior People Partner at Symphony Solutions since October 2018. In this role, Olha manages the full employee lifecycle, collaborates with managers to enhance people management practices, and develops HR policies and procedures. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist at GlobalLogic, where Olha led the recruitment process, and as a Human Resources Manager at Exoft, overseeing HR operations and corporate culture initiatives. Additional experience encompasses market research analysis at Eatglobe Ltd. and marketing specialization at Lviv city council, where Olha contributed to tourism marketing projects and HR functions. Olha holds a Master’s Degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
