James Pickett

James Pickett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief of Staff in the Office of the Global CEO at Thoughtworks since January 2017, James provides strategic oversight and support for key business initiatives. Previously, as Principal in Advisory Services at Thoughtworks, James led transformation initiatives for a diverse range of clients. Prior to that, James held the position of Vice President at GP Strategies Corporation, focusing on strategic business planning and market analysis. James also served as Director of Southern Region Operations at RWD Technologies, overseeing marketing, sales, and account management. James began the career as a Consultant and Manager, leading training and certification programs for major corporations. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
