Poornima Narayanappa has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Poornima started their career in 2008 as an HR Administrator at GE, where they were responsible for various HR administrative tasks. In 2013, they joined Royal Bank of Scotland Business as an Analyst in the HR department. Here, they gained experience in HR analytics and data analysis. In 2016, they joined Symphony SummitAI as a Manager in the Human Resources department. Poornima held this role until March 2021 when they were promoted to the position of Head of Human Resources. Throughout their career, Poornima has demonstrated a strong understanding of HR processes and has played a pivotal role in supporting the HR function in various organizations.

Poornima Narayanappa holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Bangalore University, which they received in 2008.
