Ben Wells

Ben Wells has a diverse work experience starting as a Finance Analyst at Boeing in 2008. Ben later worked as a Business Analyst at TeachEngineering.org before transitioning to roles at Springbrook Software as a Software Consultant and Implementation Strategist. Following this, they joined Accela, where they served as an Implementations Strategist and then as a Director in Services. Ben then moved to Kaufman Hall as a Director of Professional Operations. Ben continued their career at Syntellis Performance Solutions, first as Senior Director of Client Services Operations and later as Senior Director of Corporate Strategy & Development. Their latest role was as Vice President of Strategic Programs at Symphony Talent starting in 2023.

Ben Wells attended Oregon State University where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information Systems and Services. Ben also earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accountancy from the same university. In 2019, Ben obtained the Adult First Aid/CPR/AED certification from the American Red Cross.
