Max Mammel

Max Mammel has over 20 years of experience in software engineering and IT management. Max started their career as a Software Engineer at Geodesic Systems in 2000 and worked their way up to become a Senior Developer at Symantec Corp. In 2008, they transitioned to First Advantage, where they served as a Technical Lead and later as an IT Manager. Max then returned to Symantec Corp in 2012 as a Technical Lead/Team Lead for SkillCheck Assessments. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Product & Engineering Lead for Assessments at Symphony Talent. Throughout their career, Max has led development teams and guided the implementation of new features in online assessments applications.

Max Mammel obtained a BS degree in Mathematics/Computer Science from Purdue University in 1999.
