Lucas Michalet

Lucas Michalet has a diverse work experience starting in 2017 with an internship at CHAPMANS AGRICULTURAL LIMITED as a Design Engineer Intern, where they worked on designing agricultural parts and molds. In 2016, they worked as a Production Operator at MILLET SAMABLAN.

In 2018, Lucas became a Mathematics Tutor at INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon.

From 2019 to 2020, they worked as an R&D Assistant at ETABLISSEMENT BOISSELET and later as an Engineering Intern at ARCHYTAS in 2020.

In 2020, they also contributed to the development of inertial alignment observers as part of an Academic Industrial Research Project with Thales/INSA Lyon.

Following this, in 2021, Lucas worked as an IoT Prototypes Engineer at Hilti Group. Lucas then joined ETABLISSEMENT BOISSELET in 2021 as a Mecatronics Engineer, leading the research and development of their first electric and robotic interrow cultivator, resulting in successful presentations at a trade show and a pending patent.

Before starting their current role, Lucas also worked as a Backend Software Engineer at Symphony in 2022, which involved integrating external messaging applications with the Symphony messaging platform.

Throughout their work experience, Lucas has acquired skills in various programming languages and software such as C++, Arduino, Python, MATLAB, Solidworks, TensorFlow, and GoogleColab.

Lucas Michalet attended INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon from 2016 to 2021, where they obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Ingénierie mécatronique. In 2020, they also had a brief study period at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Brno University of Technology, focusing on Ingénierie mécatronique, robotique et automatisation. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2015, they completed their Baccalauréat Scientifique SI at Lycée Clos-Maire in Beaune.

In addition to their formal education, Lucas Michalet also holds certifications. Lucas obtained the Symphony Certified Workflow Developer certification from Symphony in September 2022, and the Symphony Certified Associate Developer certification in April 2022.
