Lucinda Davis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lucinda served as the Director of Employee Experience at Symphony since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Symphony as the Head of Reward from February 2021 to February 2022, and as the Head of Global Mobility from April 2020 to February 2021.

Lucinda is also the Co-Founder & Coach at Lift Up Coaching, a non-profit organization that provides accessible and affordable coaching to changemakers in the non-profit sector. Lucinda has been in this role since October 2021.

Lucinda began their professional journey working in various roles in the Operations and Villa's sales support teams at Abercrombie & Kent from October 2005 to May 2007, before taking a travel break in Fiji and Australia.

Lucinda Davis' education history includes several certifications and qualifications in various fields. In 2019, they attended Escape the City for a Start Up Accelerator program. In 2018, they enrolled at the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and obtained a Level 2 Award in Wines and Spirits. The following year, from 2017 to 2018, they pursued a Global Remuneration Professional Certification (GRP) from the World at Work Total Rewards Association. Earlier in their academic journey, from 2003 to 2005, Lucinda studied at New College Swindon, where they completed an A Level Double Award in Travel & Tourism.

Apart from their formal education, Lucinda has acquired additional certifications. Lucinda received the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the International Coaching Federation in July 2022. In the same month, they also obtained the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) certification from the Co-Active Training Institute. Lucinda's most recent certification, in May 2022, is as an Insights Discovery Client Practitioner from Insights. Additionally, they hold corporate membership with WiBF, although the exact date of obtaining this membership is not specified.
