Blythe Masters

Blythe Masters is currently the Group CEO of FNZ Group since August 2024 and a Founding Partner at Motive Partners, a fintech investment firm focused on software and information services in North America and Europe, since December 2019. In addition to these roles, Blythe serves as a Non Executive Director for multiple organizations, including GCM Grosvenor, Forge, CAIS, and SymphonyAI, as well as holding advisory positions with SandboxAQ, Figure, and MAXEX, LLC. Previously, Blythe was a Non Executive Director at Credit Suisse from May 2021 to April 2023. Blythe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge and has an extensive background in financial technology and investment.
