Natasha Chitkara

Natasha Chitkara currently holds the position of Director, Revenue Acceleration & Partnerships GTM Strategy at SymphonyAI, beginning in September 2025. In parallel, Natasha serves as a mentor at First Round Capital since February 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Director, Global Strategy, Deal & Customer Engagement Programs at Zendesk from April 2022 until September 2025, and various positions at Salesforce from February 2018 to May 2022, including Manager of Strategy and Account Executive. Natasha also led the American India Foundation’s Bay Area Young Professionals Chapter as President/Chapter Lead, actively managing teams and fundraising for educational initiatives in rural India. Additional experience includes consulting at Mercer and strategic roles at SingleStore and Intuitive Surgical. Natasha Chitkara holds an Executive MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Strategic Management and Leadership from Babson College.
