Victoria Alkiviades

Victoria Alkiviades has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in talent acquisition and recruitment. Victoria is currently working as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at SymphonyAI, where they lead EMEA talent acquisition and directs the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at SymphonyAI Retail CPG, managing a team of international recruiters. Victoria also worked as the Senior UK Talent Acquisition and Executive Search at Capital One and held leadership positions at Randstad Financial & Professional, LMA Recruitment, Barclay Simpson, and Pitmans. Victoria began their career as a Trainee Solicitor at Kent Jones and Done.

Victoria Alkiviades attended Keele University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained an LLB (Hons) degree in Law and French (Dual Honours). In 1998, they pursued a Legal Practice Certificate at The University of Law, which they completed in 1999. In 2011, Victoria studied Studies in Corporate Governance, Business Strategy, and Leadership at UCLA Anderson School of Management. Currently, they are enrolled at Avado, working towards an Associate Diploma in People Management with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services.
