Dan Najjum

Dan Najjum has a strong background in finance and operations. Dan is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Symplicity since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Advisor at OpsCanvas starting from July 2022. From March 2022 to April 2023, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at LearnPlatform. Earlier, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Signal Vine, Inc from February 2018 to March 2022. Before that, they held the role of Vice President of Finance & Operations at Collage Group from April 2017 to February 2018. Dan also worked as the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at Winsight from September 2015 to April 2017, and as the Vice President of Finance at Hanover Research from November 2014 to September 2015.

Dan Najjum started their career at Hanley Wood in 2006, where they held various positions including Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Senior Financial Analyst in Corporate Development and FP&A, and Financial Analyst in Corporate Development. Dan worked at Hanley Wood until June 2011. Prior to joining Hanley Wood, they were a Project Manager and Senior Analyst in Revenue Management at US Airways (now American Airlines) from 2002 to 2005.

Throughout their career, Dan Najjum has demonstrated expertise in financial management and analysis, strategic planning, and operational leadership.

Dan Najjum obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from the University of Virginia from 1998 to 2002. Dan later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business, attending from 2012 to 2013.
