Kiran Karnati

Kiran Karnati started their work experience in 2007 as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Missouri. In this role, they were a member of the Mizzou Educational Technologies Assistance (META) Team and was responsible for developing websites and computer-based learning objects for faculty and departments within the university. Kiran also provided support to MU instructors using campus-supported technologies for teaching and learning.

In 2007, Kiran worked at the MU Career Center as a Web Developer, where they developed and maintained websites for the center and provided technical support to the staff.

Starting in 2008, Kiran joined Symplicity Corporation as a Software Engineer. Kiran worked in this role until 2011 before being promoted to Software Engineering Manager in 2012, a position for which they are currently employed.

Kiran Karnati obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Engineering at the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2006 to 2008. In May 2020, Kiran Karnati obtained the certification of Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
