Megan Hartman

Megan Hartman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Megan currently serves as the Director of Sales Enablement at symplr, where they lead a team dedicated to empowering the sales force through strategic enablement programs. Prior to this, Megan worked at Extensiv as the Director of Sales Enablement. Megan also held the position of Head of Sales Training and Enablement at Insurity, where they developed and executed strategic training programs for multiple departments. Megan's experience includes roles such as Swim Coach at TEMECULA TRITON SWIM CLUB and Account Representative at Centric Business Systems, Inc. Megan also worked as a Regional Account Manager at Emergenetics International. Megan's early career involved teaching positions at Montgomery County Public Schools, where they implemented innovative teaching techniques and mentored students in various leadership capacities.

Megan Hartman completed their Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education, specializing in History and Psychology, from Vanderbilt University from 2001 to 2005. Megan later pursued a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2008 to 2011. Prior to their university studies, Megan attended Poolesville High School from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in Demo2Win from 2Win!, Sales Enablement, and Sales Management from HubSpot in 2020.
