Rachel Berbiglia

Rachel Berbiglia has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rachel is currently serving as the Director of Services Operations at symplr. Prior to this, they held positions at Vendavo, where they served as the Customer Operations Business Unit Leader and was responsible for managing a global team and bringing efficiency to the business unit. Rachel also co-founded Allison Wonderland, Inc. and Building a Bookshelf, where they played key roles in running and managing the organizations. Rachel has extensive experience in operations management, including defining processes and implementing management reporting systems. Rachel has also hosted and produced podcasts focused on personal development and business skills. Rachel has authored a book on business process documentation.

Rachel Berbiglia obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration from The University of Kansas in 1992. Rachel later pursued a Masters degree in Business Administration from Rockhurst University, completing their studies in 2000.
