Melissa Liberman

Melissa Liberman is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People and Culture Operations at the Medical Protection Society since March 2024. Previously, Melissa held interim leadership roles in HR at Logobrand and was the Head of HR at Plexus Law. With a solid background at Lowell, Melissa progressed through multiple positions including Head of People Services and various HR Business Partner roles, focusing on employee relations and compliance projects. Melissa's career also includes significant experience as a Senior Resourcing Business Partner at AMS and Hays, and HR Business Partner roles at Leeds Building Society and Minster Law. Melissa earned a degree in Human Resources and Business from Florida Southern College.
