Murugesan Arumugam

Murugesan Arumugam has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Murugesan started their career at Rallis India Ltd as a Graduate Engineering Trainee, later advancing to the roles of Officer and Senior Officer in Maintenance. Arumugam then joined Asian Paints and worked as an Engineer in Plant Engineering, where they handled various responsibilities such as design engineering, coordination with contractors, and project commissioning. Murugesan then moved to Dr. Reddy's Laboratories as a Deputy Manager before joining Symrise AG. At Symrise AG, they held several positions, including Manager and Senior Manager in Projects & Engineering, General Manager in Supply Chain & Operations, and currently serves as the Director in the Site, Supply Chain, and Operations for the Food & Beverage Division. In their current role, Arumugam is responsible for overseeing various functions such as procurement and sourcing, manufacturing, planning, projects and engineering, safety and environment, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and factory administration.

Murugesan Arumugam obtained a Higher Secondary degree from E.R.Higher Secondary School in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, from 1994 to 1996. Murugesan then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mookambigai College of Engineering, which they completed between 1996 and 2000.
