Natalie Rance

Natalie Rance has a diverse work experience in various companies within the cosmetics and chemical industries. Natalie started their career in 1998 as an Account Manager at Brenntag UK and then moved on to Whyte Chemicals Ltd in 2001, where they held the position of Account Manager until 2006. Natalie then joined Kreglinger Europe as the UK Sales Manager for Cosmetics, responsible for establishing the cosmetic business in the UK. In 2007, Natalie joined IMCD Group B.V. as an Account Manager for Cosmetics UK, a role they held until 2013. Natalie then worked as an Account Manager for Personal Care at KemCare from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Director at Symrise AG, starting in 2017.

Natalie Rance obtained a Diploma in Cosmetic Science from De Montfort University in 2009. Prior to that, they attended Edgbaston College for Girls from 1986 to 1993, but the degree and field of study were not specified.
