Pierre-Marc Girot

Pierre-Marc Girot serves as the Development and Technical Support Director for EMEA at Symrise AG since March 2010, overseeing a team of 10 Project Managers and 1 Technician while managing development projects and providing technical support across multiple teams. Previous experience includes roles as R&D Project Manager and Technical Support, where Pierre-Marc delivered global customer support and managed technology development projects, as well as R&D Manager, focusing on product development and industrialization. Prior to Symrise AG, Pierre-Marc was a Project Manager at Nestlé S.A., leading significant projects aimed at multiple European markets. Pierre-Marc holds a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from L'Institut Agro Rennes-Angers.
