Stefan Tittel

Stefan Tittel has over 20 years of experience in various IT leadership positions. Currently, they serve as the CIO & Corporate Vice President Group IT at Symrise AG. Prior to this, Stefan held the role of CIO & Senior Vice President at NKT Group from 2014 to 2018. Stefan also worked as the CIO & Head of Corporate IS at CWS-boco International GmbH from 2012 to 2014. Earlier in their career, Stefan held IT leadership roles at HAVI LOGISTICS EUROPE, Amcor, Schmalbach-Lubeca AG, and Continental Can Europe. Their experience ranges from director-level positions to IT administration and project engineering.

Stefan Tittel holds a MEng. / Dipl.-Ing. degree in Electrical Engineering (Automation Technology) from the University of Duisburg-Essen. Stefan also has a Diplom-Kaufmann (FH) degree in Business Administration (Financial Controlling, Marketing) from Hochschule Niederrhein. In addition, they have completed several program certificates, including Group Leadership Development from IMD, Leadership Development Program from Hult Ashridge, and St. Galler Junior Management Training from the University of St.Gallen. Stefan also holds a State examined Technical Assistant degree in Electrical Engineering from the School of Electrical Engineering. Stefan has obtained various certifications, including Ausbildereignungsprüfung nach §5 AEVO from Weiterbildungsgesellschaft der IHK Bonn/Rhein-Sieg mbH, COBIT 5 from APM Group, IT Cost Controlling from CA Akademie AG, ITIL V2 Foundation from TÜV SÜD, Prince 2 Foundation from APM Group, and Structured Project Management from Siemens.
