Tim Lonc

Tim Lonc is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the protein ingredients and business development sectors. Currently serving as General Manager and Regional Chief Executive at Symrise AG since January 2020, Tim has full P&L responsibility for a substantial business encompassing 14 sites across the US and Canada. Prior to this role, Tim spent nearly a decade at Cargill, progressing through various leadership positions including Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Research and Development, contributing significantly to commercial and technological advancements. Additional experience includes driving strategic growth initiatives in Brazil, achieving remarkable profitability improvements, and enhancing market presence in various international territories. Tim holds an MBA in International Business from Ivey Business School at Western University and a BSc in Biochemistry from Western University.
