Matthias Grünewald

Matthias Grünewald is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software architecture and digital solutions. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Syna GmbH since August 2019, Matthias leads an internal startup focused on developing customer-centric digital solutions in the energy market. Previously, at Porsche Digital, Matthias held the role of Technical Lead, contributing to the establishment of the Product Development & Technology department. Prior experience includes positions at Porsche AG as an IT-Architect, ING Deutschland as a Senior Software Architect, and founding Shareparking, a platform for sharing company parking spaces. Matthias’s career began at T-Systems International, where roles ranged from Junior Developer to Professional System Engineer. Matthias holds a DEST degree from Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences.
