Since 2019, they have been working as Capability Director and Managing Director at SYNALOGiK Innovative Solutions Limited.

Howard W. received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Command & Control (C3, C4I) Systems and Operations from the Royal Military College of Science, Shrivenham between 1986 and 1989. Howard then attended Pocklington from 1979 to 1981. Finally, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Design of Information Systems from Cranfield School of Management between 1998 and 1999.
