Eli Sharon

Eli Sharon has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 1993, they worked as a Practical Engineer in SW & HW for the company 8200 until 1996. Eli then joined Bezeq as a Web Applications SW Engineer from 1996 to 1999. From 1999 to 2007, they served as the Director of System Engineering at YES satellite services. Following that, Eli worked as the VP R&D at Optibase Ltd. from 2007 to 2009. Eli then moved to Playcast Media System Ltd as the VP Projects Delivery from 2009 to 2010. Eli later joined Cisco in 2010 and held various positions, including Senior Program Manager and Director of Engineering, Agile Program Management. Eli worked at Cisco until 2018 and eventually joined Synamedia as the Senior Director of Engineering. Currently, they hold the role of VP R&D Media Cloud at Synamedia, starting in 2021.

Eli Sharon obtained an MBA degree from The Open University of Israel from 2006-2010. Eli also holds a B. Tech degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Ariel University, which they earned from 1997-2000. Additionally, Eli Sharon obtained a P.Eng degree in Telecommunication from Bezeq during the period of 1991-1993. Eli has an additional certification, PMP, although specific details regarding its institution and completion date are not provided.
