Lucy Norris

Lucy joined Synamedia in July 2021 to lead the company’s global delivery teams and strengthen the post-sale customer experience.

Lucy was most recently EVP, Broadcast Technology at Genesys where she established and led their global customer success practice which encompassed all post-sale customer-facing functions. Prior to Genesys, Lucy spent 12 years at Global 360, Inc., a Dallas-based Business Process Management company where she ran Customer Operations. Earlier experience includes Vice President of Commercialization at Eastman Software Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Eastman Kodak Company, and several years at Wang Laboratories in leadership roles, primarily in Product Management.
