Dr. Lasse Härtel

Dr. Lasse Härtel has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Dr. Lasse started their career as a Studentische Hilfskraft at Fraunhofer-Institut für Produktionstechnologie IPT in 2011 and continued in the same role until 2012. In 2012, they worked as a Praktikant im Prozessmanagement at Lufthansa Technik. From 2014 to 2015, they returned to Fraunhofer-Institut für Produktionstechnologie IPT as a Studentische Hilfskraft. In 2016, they joined IFA - Institut für Fabrikanlagen und Logistik as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter, where they worked until 2020. Currently, they are employed at SYNAOS as a Logistics Process Engineer since 2020. Dr. Lasse has also held the positions of Support Manager from 2022 to 2023 and is currently working as the Head of Support starting from February 2023.

Dr. Lasse Härtel began their education at RWTH Aachen University in 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Maschinenbau, specializing in Produktionstechnik. Dr. Lasse completed this degree in 2013. During their undergraduate studies, Dr. Härtel also had an opportunity to study abroad at San Diego State University in 2013. After completing their Bachelor's degree, they continued their education at RWTH Aachen University and obtained a Master of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Maschinenbau, also with a specialization in Produktionstechnik, from 2013 to 2015.
