François-Xavier Molliere

François-Xavier Molliere has a diverse work experience in the field of operations and management, primarily in the material handling industry. François-Xavier has held various roles at different companies, including SYNAOS, Toyota Material Handling Logistics Solutions AB, and Toyota Material Handling Europe.

At SYNAOS, François-Xavier works as a Strategic Business Development Manager, focusing on software solutions based on artificial intelligence and cloud technologies to enhance production and logistics operations.

Prior to their current role, they held the position of Director - Operations and Professional Services at Toyota Material Handling Logistics Solutions AB. During their tenure, they oversaw the automation business in Europe and developed software solutions for built-in automated equipment.

Before their role at TMHLS, François-Xavier served as a Senior Project Executive at Toyota Material Handling Europe, where they gained experience in project management.

François-Xavier's earlier work experience includes managerial positions at Toyota Material Handling Deutschland and Toyota Material Handling Europe. François-Xavier served as the Rental Manager Germany and later as the Manager - Used Business Germany at Toyota Material Handling Deutschland. At Toyota Material Handling Europe, they held roles such as Manager - Rental & Used, Assistant Manager - USED products and services, Assistant Project Manager, and IT Coordinator.

Throughout their career, François-Xavier has demonstrated a strong focus on operations, automation, and software development in the material handling industry.

François-Xavier Molliere earned a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, General from IMT Atlantique, which they attended from 1999 to 2003. François-Xavier also attended the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School in 2001 and 2002. Prior to their Master's degree, they completed their secondary education at Lycée du Parc from 1998 to 1999. Additionally, Molliere pursued executive education in finance, completing an Executive Master in Finance at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management from 2009 to 2010. François-Xavier further enhanced their skills and knowledge by participating in the Talent Program at Toyota Material Handling Europe from 2014 to 2015.
