Matthias Bestle

Matthias Bestle has a diverse work experience. Matthias is currently working as a Logistics Process Engineer at SYNAOS since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Grenzebach Group from October 2019 to October 2021, holding the roles of Product Owner Warehouse Execution System and Project Engineer. Before joining Grenzebach Group, Matthias worked as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter mit akademischen Abschluss (Research Assistant with an academic degree) at Hochschule Augsburg from October 2017 to September 2019. In this role, they were part of the HSAops research group, where their responsibilities involved providing professional and scientifically based consulting services to companies in process optimization, Lean Management, Change Management, and Business Informatics.

Matthias Bestle pursued their education in engineering and logistics. Matthias completed their Bachelor of Engineering from Technische Hochschule Augsburg in 2017, specializing in Industrial Engineering. After that, they furthered their studies and obtained a Master of Science in Applied Research in Engineering Sciences on Logistics from the same institution in 2019.
