Ashwath Banjagere

Ashwath Banjagere has a strong background in engineering and project management, with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Ashwath currently holds the role of Competency Head - RTL at Synapse Design Inc., starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked as Director of Engineering at Capgemini Engineering from 2019 to 2022. Ashwath has also held positions at Aricent, Microchip Technology, Qualcomm India Pvt Ltd, Ample Communications, Inspiration Technologies, and JMIT, where they gained valuable experience in various engineering roles. Ashwath'sexpertise includes SoC integration, team management, and 32-bit microcontroller design.

Ashwath Banjagere completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) from SJM Institute of Technology (SJMIT) between 1993 and 1997. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Electronics from NITK Surathakal from 1999 to 2001.
