Marc Sherif

Marc Sherif has held multiple roles as a Backend Engineer. Marc started working for SURV* in March 2021 and was responsible for translating UI/UX flows into application logic, designing databases, building APIs, and developing Flutter applications for various use cases including surveys, loyalty systems, ordering systems, and dynamic menus. In 2022, Marc joined Synapse Analytics as a Backend Engineer, with an ongoing employment status.

Marc Sherif earned their Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering at Ain Shams University, completing their studies from 2016 to 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Marc obtained several certifications. Marc completed the "Machine Learning A-Z: Hands-On Python & R In Data Science" course from Udemy in December 2021. In November 2021, they also completed the "Flutter & Dart - The Complete Guide [2022 Edition]" course from the same institution.

Marc further expanded their knowledge and skills in the field of machine learning and deep learning by obtaining certifications such as "Neural Networks and Deep Learning" from DeepLearning.AI in June 2021 and "Intro to Machine Learning" from Kaggle in May 2021.

Furthermore, Marc gained expertise in web development and design by completing various certifications from freeCodeCamp. Marc successfully finished the "Front End Libraries" course in January 2021, followed by the "JavaScript Algorithms and Data Structures" course in the same month. Additionally, in January 2021, they completed the "Responsive Web Design" course from the same institution.
