Jack Doan

Jack Doan has over 25 years of experience in the human resources field. Jack began their career in 1995 as an Associate/Analyst at KPMG LLP. In 1998, they became an Area Staffing Manager at Robert Half. In 2000, they joined Franklin Templeton Investments as Director of Global Talent Acquisition and held various HR leadership roles. In 2016, they moved to Brocade as Head of Global Talent and Mobility. In 2017, they joined Sutter Health as Executive Director of Talent Management. In 2019, they became Senior Vice President of Global People Experience (HR) at Automation Anywhere. Most recently in 2022, they were appointed Chief People & Culture Officer at Synapse.

Jack Doan holds a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University. Jack also obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2001.
