Kathleen Fitzpatrick

Kathleen Fitzpatrick is the current Chief Technology Officer at Synapse. Kathleen has over 20 years of experience in technology leadership roles. Kathleen started their career as a Senior Development Manager at Gazoontite.com and then became a Director at Gap Inc/Gap Inc Direct. In January 2012, they were promoted to Vice President at Gap Inc./GapTech where they led a team of over 300 global technology professionals focused on strong delivery, financial, operating, and team performance. Kathleen was responsible for all development for the Gap Inc. websites and the in-store technology for the fleet of over 2,000 stores. In January 2018, they joined Synapse as the Chief Technology Officer.

Kathleen Fitzpatrick has a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from UC Santa Barbara.
