Marisa Busse

Marisa Busse has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Marisa is currently the Director of Product Development at Synapse Health since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Epividian, Inc. as the Director of Product Management from 2019 to 2023 and as a Product Manager from 2018 to 2019. Marisa also worked at Voxiva (acquired by Wellpass) as a Project Manager from 2016 to 2017. Marisa gained experience in project management and analysis at Surescripts, where they held various roles including Activation Manager, Project Manager, and Analyst between 2009 and 2015. Earlier in their career, Marisa worked as an IT Consultant at the Public Broadcasting Service, a Financial Analyst at American Health Imaging, and a Project Lead at Northwestern Virginia Health Systems Agency.

Marisa Busse holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Data Analytics from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from the University of Virginia. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Change Management in Lean Six Sigma Projects, Root Cause Analysis, Strategic Thinking, Product Management, and is a Certified Scrum Product Owner.
