Matt Syp

Matt Syp is an experienced engineering manager with a robust background in leading engineering teams across various technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Synapse Health since November 2024, Matt previously held the same role at Dutchie, where the focus was on enhancing the Fintech in-store experience. Prior to that, Matt managed multiple teams at Hinge Health and oversaw operations in the wholesale business at Carvana, where responsibilities included technical leadership and managing engineering teams. Matt's extensive experience also encompasses roles as a lead developer and consultant, contributing to the development of software solutions in both B2B and SaaS environments. Education was completed at Hatboro Horsham High School.
