Pablo Delfino

Pablo Delfino has a diverse work experience in the field of recruiting and talent acquisition. Pablo started their career in 2017 as a Technical Recruiter at True North, where they focused on building engineering teams for FinTech companies. In 2019, they joined RecargaPay as a Senior Talent Business Partner, where they contributed to recruiting, staffing, leadership development, and culture processes. After working with RecargaPay for two years, they moved on to PeoplePath as a Senior Recruiter in 2021. Their responsibilities included sourcing and recruiting candidates globally, partnering with hiring managers, and managing the full recruiting cycle. Currently, Pablo is working at Synapse International. Pablo has held multiple roles at Synapse, starting as a Senior Recruiter in 2022 and later becoming a Senior Recruiter Team Lead. Pablo is currently serving as the Director of Recruiting, where their focus is on building strong and lasting teams within the startup niche, with a particular emphasis on emerging technologies around the world.

Pablo Delfino obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Universidad del Salvador, which they attended from 2008 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Colegio Los Robles, where they graduated with a High School Diploma between 2004 and 2008. Their primary education was completed at Colegio Cardenal Newman from 1996 to 2004.
