Sonal Nagwani

Sonal Nagwani has over 6 years of experience in design and growth roles. In 2015, they began their career as a Design Intern at The Bold Creative. Sonal then moved on to 17dnorth as a Graphic Designer in 2016, followed by CREO as a Graphic Designer, also in 2016. In 2017, they joined Hike Messenger as a Visual Designer, and then Mobile Premier League (MPL) as a Communication Designer in 2018. During their time at MPL, they achieved the first 100K followers on MPL’s Instagram page within 3 months of its inception. In 2019, they became an Independent Brand & Growth Consultant, and in 2020, they joined FlashPrep as the Founding Team, VP Design/Growth. At FlashPrep, they led a team of 2 product designers, 3 visual designers, analysts & project managers, and mentored and developed the design team. In 2022, they joined Synapsica as the VP Design & Growth.

Sonal Nagwani attended Fatima School from 1999 to 2010. From 2013 to 2017, they attended Symbiosis Institute of Design, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communications, as well as a Bachelor's of Design in Communication Design.
